Prices are per person POG 24 hours includes: Lunch - Afternooncoffee, Bowl of fruit, Sparkling water, Dinner, overnight stay, Breakfast, pre-lunch coffee, Bowl of fruit, Sparkling water, Lunch and meeting room. Lunch includes light beer/soda and coffee. 500:- kr/hour rent of conference room is added before 09:00 and/or after 18:00.

POG whole day conference
Prices are per person 350:- *
POG day conference includes: Sandwich, Förmiddagsfika, Fruktskål, Bubbelvatten, Lunch, Eftermiddagsfika, Bowl of fruit, Sparkling waterand meeting room. Lunch includes light beer/soda and coffee. 500:- kr/hour rent of conference room is added before 09:00 and/or after 18:00.

Cancellation Conditions
In the event of cancellation or change in the number of participants the following applies: Notice of cancellation/change of the conference is to be submitted in writing to PerOlofGården.Purchaser has the right to cancell the conference latest six (6) weeks before booked date without costs being charged.

With cancellation of the conference or decline of the number of participants after six (6) weeks prior to the conference date, the purchaser is obliged to compensate Hotel PerOlofGården with 75% of the agreed price. This applies in the occasion the cancelled meeting and accomodation facilities aren't substituted by another purchaser.

With cancellation of the conference or decline of the number of participants after two (2) weeks prior to the conference date, the purchaser is obliged to compensate in full Hotel PerOlofGården of the agreed price. This applies in the occasion the cancelled meeting and accomodation facilities aren't substituted by another purchaser.
